What we collect, and for how long.

This page describes what actually happens rather than general intentions. If anything here does not match the behaviour, that is a defect and we would like to hear about it.

The contact form

When you send an enquiry we collect your name and email address, optionally your company, phone number and the kind of work you need, and the text of your message. We use it only to reply.

An enquiry is kept for 365 days and is then deleted automatically. A copy is also delivered to our business address info@moffice.ba.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie, and only on the Contact page. It is called ft, it holds a signed timestamp, and it does one job: telling a person apart from a machine submitting forms. It lasts 4 hours and then stops being valid.

There is no analytics cookie, no tracking cookie, and no third party in a position to set one.

What the site does not do

• It runs no code in your browser.
• It loads no font, image or script from another domain.
• It uses no analytics, neither our own nor anyone else's.
• It does not sell or share your details with third parties.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion. Write to info@moffice.ba and we answer within 30 days.
